Perfectly positioned with stunning views over the Potomac River, Captain’s Quarters offers a spacious retreat for large families or groups seeking a memorable escape. This 5-bedroom, 2 ½-bathroom cottage can comfortably accommodate up to 16 adults, combining ample indoor space with expansive outdoor settings.

Inside Captain’s Quarters:

Living Room: A welcoming space equipped with plush seating and HD cable television, perfect for relaxation and group gatherings.
Dining Area: Adjacent to the living room, the dining area provides a large table for meals and socializing.
Kitchen: A full-sized, well-equipped kitchen featuring a gas stove, full-size refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker, along with essential cookware to cater to all your culinary needs.

Sleeping Arrangements:

Bedrooms: Five cozy bedrooms that include nine full-size beds, one twin-size bunk bed, and one full-size bunk bed, ensuring everyone has a comfortable place to rest.
Bathrooms: Two and a half bathrooms provide convenience for larger groups, reducing wait times during morning and evening routines.

Amenities at Captain’s Quarters:

Climate Control: Electric AC/Heat to ensure comfort no matter the season.
Entertainment: HD TV with cable and complimentary Wi-Fi to keep everyone entertained and connected.
Outdoor Living: Take advantage of the private picnic table, charcoal grill, and fire pit, perfect for outdoor dining and evenings under the stars.

Pet Policy: We welcome your furry friends in our cottages, although additional charges will apply. Not all breeds are accepted. Please Note: The campground is especially vibrant and lively during weekends as we operate at full capacity. For guests seeking a more tranquil experience, we recommend considering our 2-night or 4-night midweek packages.

Rates and Conditions

The rates listed below are inclusive of all taxes and cleaning fees. These rates are valid for the period from January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025. Please note:

Holiday Weekends Excluded: These rates do not apply to holiday weekends. Please contact us for special holiday rates.
Additional Guests: An extra charge will be applied for each guest beyond the standard occupancy. Any person above 12 years of age will count as an additional guest.
Check-In and Check-Out Times: Regular check-in time starts at 4 PM and check-out is at 10 AM.
Early Check-In/Late Check-Out: Available for an additional cost and must be arranged in advance.
Deposits: All reservations require a deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the total reservation cost at the time of booking.
Full Payment for Last-Minute Bookings: Reservations made within 48 hours of arrival must be paid in full at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be submitted in writing to cancellations@campmd.co. For detailed information about our cancellation policy and eligibility, please visit our Rules Page.
Parking: Each cottage has assigned parking spaces. Please note that parking is limited based on the occupancy of each unit. We encourage guests to carpool when possible to help conserve parking space. We appreciate your cooperation in making the most of our limited resources.
