Situated with stunning views over the Potomac River, Crews Quarters offers an ideal setting for mid-size families or groups seeking a memorable getaway. This 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom cottage comfortably accommodates up to 9 adults, blending comfort with convenience in a scenic riverfront location.

Step inside to find a cozy, well-equipped kitchen and a welcoming living room designed for relaxation and socializing. Although compact, the kitchen includes all the essentials needed for your culinary ventures.

Accommodations:

Bedrooms: Two comfortable bedrooms outfitted with four full-size beds and two twin-size bunk beds, ensuring a restful night for all guests.
Bathroom: A full size bathroom

Pet Policy: We welcome your furry friends in our cottages, though additional charges will apply. Not all breeds are accepted. Please Note: The campground experiences full capacity during weekends, creating a vibrant and lively atmosphere. For a quieter stay, consider our 2-night or 4-night midweek packages.

Climate Control: Mini-Split Air Conditioner/Heater to ensure your comfort throughout the year.
Kitchen Facilities: Features a full-size refrigerator, electric stove, microwave, and coffee maker. While space is cozy, it’s fully equipped for your cooking needs.
Comfortable Bedding: Includes linens, pillows, and a light blanket for each bed (note: towels, shampoos, and soap are not provided).
Entertainment: Enjoy HD TV with cable and complimentary Wi-Fi to keep you connected and entertained.
Outdoor Amenities: Take advantage of a private picnic table, charcoal grill, and fire pit, perfect for outdoor dining and evenings under the stars.

Rates and Conditions

The rates listed below are inclusive of all taxes and cleaning fees. These rates are valid for the period from January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025. Please note:

Holiday Weekends Excluded: These rates do not apply to holiday weekends. Please contact us for special holiday rates.
Additional Guests: An extra charge will be applied for each guest beyond the standard occupancy. Any person above 12 years of age will count as an additional guest.
Check-In and Check-Out Times: Regular check-in time starts at 4 PM and check-out is at 10 AM.
Early Check-In/Late Check-Out: Available for an additional cost and must be arranged in advance.
Deposits: All reservations require a deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the total reservation cost at the time of booking.
Full Payment for Last-Minute Bookings: Reservations made within 48 hours of arrival must be paid in full at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be submitted in writing to cancellations@campmd.co. For detailed information about our cancellation policy and eligibility, please visit our Rules Page.
Parking: Each cottage has assigned parking spaces. Please note that parking is limited based on the occupancy of each unit. We encourage guests to carpool when possible to help conserve parking space. We appreciate your cooperation in making the most of our limited resources.
