Nestled along the tranquil shores of the Potomac River, our home offers a serene getaway with 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom for couples and small families. Wake up to breathtaking views of the water and enjoy the comforts of a cozy living room with a television. Designed to comfortably accommodate 4 guests; additional guests incur extra charges.

Our fully equipped kitchen is ready for your culinary adventures and includes a full-size refrigerator, small electric stove, microwave, coffee maker, and all the essential cookware. Step outside to your private outdoor area, complete with a picnic table for dining under the stars, a charcoal grill for evening barbecues, and a fire pit for those nights filled with stories and s’mores.

Please Note: On warm weekends, our campground operates at full capacity, bringing a vibrant and lively atmosphere. If you seek a private escape with fewer people, we recommend considering midweek stays, offering a quieter experience to enjoy the natural beauty of the area.

Rates and Conditions

The rates listed below are inclusive of all taxes and cleaning fees. These rates are valid for the period from January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025. Please note:

Holiday Weekends Excluded: These rates do not apply to holiday weekends. Please contact us for special holiday rates.
Additional Guests: An extra charge will be applied for each guest beyond the standard occupancy. Any person above 12 years of age will count as an additional guest.
Check-In and Check-Out Times: Regular check-in time starts at 5 PM and check-out is at 10 AM.
Early Check-In/Late Check-Out: Available for an additional cost and must be arranged in advance.
Deposits: All reservations require a deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the total reservation cost at the time of booking.
Full Payment for Last-Minute Bookings: Reservations made within 48 hours of arrival must be paid in full at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be submitted in writing to cancellations@campmd.co. For detailed information about our cancellation policy and eligibility, please visit our Rules Page.
Parking: Each cottage has assigned parking spaces. Please note that parking is limited based on the occupancy of each unit. We encourage guests to carpool when possible to help conserve parking space. We appreciate your cooperation in making the most of our limited resources.
