This home is adjacent to #3 lodge, sharing one wall with that unit. This makes it a two-story duplex. You might think of it as a townhouse or rowhouse.

Resting:

Bedrooms: Two bedrooms with four full-size beds and two twin-size bunk beds. The second bedroom is upstairs with a steep staircase, so please be ready and careful on the steps!
Bathroom: A full bathroom with a large shower

Please Note: On warm weekends the property is at full capacity with a vibrant and lively atmosphere. For a quieter stay, consider midweek or quiet season stays.

Rates and Conditions

The rates listed below are inclusive of all taxes and cleaning fees. These rates are valid for the period from January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025. Please note:

Holiday Weekends Excluded: These rates do not apply to holiday weekends. Please contact us for special holiday rates.
Additional Guests: An extra charge will be applied for each guest beyond the standard occupancy. Any person above 12 years of age will count as an additional guest.
Check-In and Check-Out Times: Regular check-in time starts at 5 PM and check-out is at 10 AM.
Early Check-In/Late Check-Out: Available for an additional cost and must be arranged in advance.
Deposits: All reservations require a deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the total reservation cost at the time of booking.
Full Payment for Last-Minute Bookings: Reservations made within 48 hours of arrival must be paid in full at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be submitted in writing to cancellations@campmd.co. For detailed information about our cancellation policy and eligibility, please visit our Rules Page.
Parking: Each cottage has assigned parking spaces. Please note that parking is limited based on the occupancy of each unit. We encourage guests to carpool when possible to help conserve parking space. We appreciate your cooperation in making the most of our limited resources.
