This apartment takes the entire second floor of our apartment building, combining generous space with postcard views of the Potomac. A private river-facing balcony is the star of the show, while downstairs you’ll still enjoy your own picnic table, charcoal grill, and fire-pit area beside the beach-volleyball court. With a true kitchen, this unfussy beach apartment comfortably hosts up to 10 adults (extra-guest fees apply).

Kitchen & living

A full-size kitchen—electric stove/oven, full refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, basic cookware—makes it easy to feed a crowd. After dinner, relax in the open living area with HDTV and Wi-Fi, or watch the sunset from your balcony.

Pets and Notes

Please Note – Warm weekends and holidays are sold-out at full capacity. For more isolation, stay mid-week or in our quiet season.

Rates and Conditions

The rates listed below are inclusive of all taxes and cleaning fees. These rates are valid for the period from January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025. Please note:

  • Holiday Weekends Excluded: These rates do not apply to holiday weekends. Please contact us for special holiday rates.
  • Additional Guests: An extra charge will be applied for each guest beyond the standard occupancy. Any person above 12 years of age will count as an additional guest.
  • Check-In and Check-Out Times: Regular check-in time starts at 5 PM and check-out is at 10 AM.
  • Early Check-In/Late Check-Out: Available for an additional cost and must be arranged in advance.
  • Deposits: All reservations require a deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the total reservation cost at the time of booking.
  • Full Payment for Last-Minute Bookings: Reservations made within 48 hours of arrival must be paid in full at the time of booking.
  • Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be submitted in writing to cancellations@campmd.co. For detailed information about our cancellation policy and eligibility, please visit our Rules Page.
  • Parking: Each cottage has assigned parking spaces. Please note that parking is limited based on the occupancy of each unit. We encourage guests to carpool when possible to help conserve parking space. We appreciate your cooperation in making the most of our limited resources.
