CampMD assumes no responsibility for the improper operation of any type of vehicle or recreational equipment or the damage it may cause to property or persons; it is your responsibility to follow all appropriate safety guidelines for the use of these vehicles and to maintain the correct insurance policy. Additionally, CampMD is not responsible for the loss or damage to client property, including belongings left inside the houses. CampMD does not have lifeguards within the campground; the client agrees to swim at their own risk and to ensure that their children or companions use the necessary safety equipment, such as life jackets, before entering the river. Please be aware that the water is deeper and the current stronger outside the campground limits. CampMD reserves the right of admission and the right to evict or cancel the reservation of any person or group. Guests who are removed for breach of this contract or failure to comply with campground rules will not be eligible for a refund. The guest agrees that CampMD may conduct a search of their cabin or property without prior notice if there is reasonable suspicion of a violation of the rules. This policy is necessary to ensure the safety of all guests and staff during their stay. BY SIGNING THIS AGREEMENT, THE GUEST ACCEPTS ALL RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAMAGES CAUSED TO CAMPMD PROPERTY OR STAFF AND TO COVER THE COSTS OF REPAIR, COMPENSATION OR CLEANING OF THESE. SIMILARLY, IT EXCLUDES CAMPMD AND ITS REPRESENTATIVES FROM ANY LIABILITY FOR ANY INJURY, DAMAGE OR LOSS INCURRED DURING THEIR STAY AT THE CAMPGROUND. THE SIGNEE IS ALSO RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ACTIONS OR DAMAGES CAUSED BY THE PEOPLE ACCOMPANYING THEM IN THEIR VEHICLE AT THE TIME OF REGISTRATION. No refunds are given due to the discomforts of nature. Camping is an outdoor experience. No Refunds are given if you choose to leave early.

CampMD no asume ninguna responsabilidad por el funcionamiento inadecuado de ningún tipo de vehículo o equipo recreativo ni por los daños que pueda causar a la propiedad o a las personas; es su responsabilidad seguir todas las pautas de seguridad apropiadas para el uso de estos vehículos y mantener la póliza de seguro correcta. Además, CampMD no es responsable de la pérdida o daño de la propiedad del cliente. CampMD no tiene salvavidas en el campamento; el cliente acepta nadar bajo su propio riesgo y asegurarse de que sus hijos o acompañantes usen el equipo de seguridad necesario antes de ingresar al río. CampMD se reserva el derecho de admisión y el derecho de expulsar o cancelar la reserva de cualquier persona o grupo. Los huéspedes que sean retirados por incumplimiento de este contrato o de las reglas del campamento no tendrán derecho a reembolso. AL FIRMAR ESTE ACUERDO, EL HUÉSPED ACEPTA TODA LA RESPONSABILIDAD POR LOS DAÑOS CAUSADOS A LA PROPIEDAD O AL PERSONAL DE CAMPMD. NO SE REALIZAN REEMBOLSOS debido a las incomodidades de la naturaleza. El camping es una experiencia al aire libre. No se realizan reembolsos si decide irse antes de tiempo.
